Intervista a Dale Grundle (The Sleeping Years)

What's your italian tour like?

A relevation for me. It's my first time in Italy. In 10 days we have managed to travel from north to south and meet some many kind and beautiful people, see the different ways of life, the way the land changes, the local food... and we get to play music every night...

How many years have passed since the catchers? How has your way of making music changed?

Well, about 8 years I think. When I started The Sleeping Years I was just writing for myself and not a band for the first time. Although that has now changed as I met some musicians that I now work with on a regular basis.

Could we consider that last 8 years are your sleeping years?

Yes.

And last but not least. What's in your fridge?

Since I have not been at home for a long time I think that something has probably grown on its own. So a creature of some kind... that I have to deal with when I return.
